[geGIS] Geomajas documentation update

Hello,

First of all, the geomajas team would like to wish everyone reading this a
happy newyear!

Secondly, we've done a bit of an overhaul with the documentation for version
1.3.x. All the documentation can be found in one place (both user and
developer), and is now decently order in a tree structure. But that's not
all. Jan has also found the time to write a special "getting started"
section, explaining how to set up a working version of geomajas.

We aknowledge that there is still a lot of work to be done, and that is
where you can come in. Every page in the documentation has support for
comments. If you feel something is wrong or missing, simply post it, and we
will try to incorporate your ideas.
