Karel,

This idea is still feasible, and considering the comments on this tread from
the people of the public government, I think we should consider to develop
in that direction. Maybe a topic to be discussed further on a BOF on the
next technical meeting (I just set the date for this event on 7 april 2009
in Hasselt - invitation will follow by mail shortly ...)
