DFC OSS support
The Open Source project of DFC are available to everybody, and all issues can be viewed and commented. An anonymous user can also create issues on Open Source projects.
To get access to your project you need to register and request a login. Therefor you can send a mail to support@dfc.be. Afterwards you can create issues on your projects; follow the state and add comments.
An overview of all the visible projects is available on the lefthand side of your browser. On the right you can see an overview of all the outstanding issues according to one our more filters that you can define yourself.
Create issues on your own projects, or open Source projects, is possible with "Create new issue". Afterwards you need to selected the name of the project and the issue type. In the second page the information can be completed: summary, version, description etc. Do not forget to click on "Create" after completing the information, then your issue will be saved. Top left you will find your issue number. This can be used in your further communication with DFC.
With "find issues" you can browse through all the projects an look for outstanding and closed issues. Issues can be filtered by project and comment can be added by opening an issue and clicking on "Comment on this issue". When the state of an issue changes you will be notified by email.
